2. Prices and Ordering

All prices are displayed in Danish kroner and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise clearly stated. Any shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout before the order is completed. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer using the payment details provided in the order confirmation. Use the order number as the payment reference. The order will be processed once payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping

Items in stock from The Phoenix Ink are shipped only to addresses in Denmark. Made-to-order items may have different delivery areas and shipping rates. If an order contains items from different warehouses, it will be shipped in separate shipments. Shipments may arrive on different days, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

The current delivery method, shipping cost, and any restrictions are displayed before you place your order. Pickup is not an option for mixed orders. Stated delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Please provide us with clear written notice before the deadline expires. The item must then be returned no later than 14 days after you provide notice. It is not sufficient to simply fail to receive or pick up the package.

You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. Items that have been manufactured according to your personal specifications or have been clearly personalized may be exempt from the right of withdrawal when the conditions of the law are met. The fact that a product is manufactured to order does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal is waived.

6. Refund

In the event of a valid cancellation, the amounts required by law will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of your notice. The refund may be withheld until the item has been returned or you have provided proof of return. Additional costs associated with a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard shipping will not be refunded.

7. Complaints

You have a 2-year right to file a complaint under the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act. Contact us within a reasonable time after you discover a defect, and provide the order number along with a description of the problem. In the event of a valid complaint, we will arrange for a remedy, replacement, cancellation, or refund in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Returns

Always contact us before returning an item so you receive the correct return address and instructions. Items must not be sent cash on delivery. You bear the risk for the item during the return shipment and should keep your shipping receipt.

10. Complaints and Governing Law

Please contact us first if you wish to file a complaint. If we cannot reach a resolution, a consumer complaint may be filed with Nævnenes Hus, subject to the applicable monetary limits. Danish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
